Any ideas of the maker of this cue?

Thanks for those who are trying to help to ID this cue....
I did check the blue book either 2nd or 3rd ed... but no findings...
Sadly to say, my friend who bought this cue doesn't know who is cuemaker as well...
Advertisment? if it is so... i should post every details, shouldn't i?
About cuemaster, he is one of my friends who is a very famous coach in Taiwan and here is his old website only with chinese ..sorry!
