Any ideas on this old cue?

looks cheap to me maybe a import with over layes rather than inlays my guess would be a J&J or mueller cheap decale cue JMO.
 
i swear i saw that butt section before.. but there is something about it that screams cheap cue to me.. did you see the added description.. now the cue has devoped a slight roll in a week..

I had a high end Jensen years ago I traded for a high end Scruggs. And it looked like that thing so I guess I will bid thanks

found this cue.. has exactly the same design on the inlat in the butt except it dont have the little stars and the points are different..
