any really tall pro players?

i'm listening to scott frost and boyes commentating the battle of the bull, and young riku romppanen is playing. apparently he's grown a foot or so the last years. scott says he's around 6'6". made me think that among the top pros over the years, has there been anyone that tall? i don't think kaci is? was buddy hall?

in snooker there's ricky walden but he got back problems fairly soon into his career. being that tall seems like a disadvantage

Maye Ruslan? I'll guess Buddy was around 6'2''. Kaci looks 6'3" to 6'4" to me.
 
Kaci Sr. I'd say yes.... the rest on the above list are not.
Because I am.
Nick Varner has long arms.
 
Mike Massey was about 6-4 wasn't he?? I played him once and he was taller than me and I am 6 foot even.

You would think being taller than average would be a plus, BUT, there are lots of shorter GREAT players.

Tall players say being short is an advantage and short players say being tall is an advantage. The grass is always greener…
 
AZ's own Bill Meecham aka islanddrive is quite tall. Probably 6-4+. You could always spot him at tournaments.
