Any suggestions on lenders/investors?

Hi everyone. My name is Jason Miller. I am attempting to obtain funding for starting a Custom Cue making business. Can anyone suggest any sources for investors or lenders open to working with me in the Pool and Billiards Industry? Unfortunately, I have very limited start up collateral but am certain there are people and organizations out there with a vested interest in broadening the industry. I've just begun my search and am in the process of writing up my Financial Plan and a Business Proposal and need to get headed in the right direction(s). Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.

The entire industry seems to be in a slump, so I am not sure how viable such a venture will seem to investors. I have no idea what your experience in cue making is nor your experience in general so I won't be critical of your endeavor.

I will say that there was already a Miller Custom Cues and the maker eventually was associated with Nova cues which is a fairly well known "high quality" name. Using that name might therefore cause some brand identity confusion so you might want to consider that.
