The USBA is starting a tour that is set up for both A and B players with added money at each stop. Here is the latest list I have of the planned events:

Royal Billiards in Little Ferry, NJ (March 23-25, 2007)
Master Billiards in Long Island City, NY (April 20-22, 2007)
New Wave Billiards in Miami, FL (May 25-27, 2007)
Southgate Billiards in Southgate, CA (June of 2007)
Doral Billiards in Miami, FL (September of 2007)
Eight Ball Billiards in Maywood, CA (October of 2007)
(dates subject to change)

In addition, there will be another Sang Lee Memorial tournament in NYC August 13-19, and if it is anywhere close to the two previous editions, you will see nearly all of the top international players including Jaspers, Blomdahl, Caudron, Sayginer, and two or three Ceulemanses.
