Man, but what Pool
Like a Mystery novel that goes awry, and then some plots turns and twists, with Rodney barely coming out on top with a little Pool God help. I was on the edge of my seat a few times.
I must say that 2 ball bank was a real delicate shot, and Efren shot it left handed, cleared obstructing ball out of the way, and the 2 drifts in dead center. What a shot! It was pure magic ...
Then the kick shot he made on the 2 after Rodney played a very good safe, and like Gabe said, that shot is safe for everyone in the tournament except for Efreen Reyes. Anyone would have been good just to get a good hit and roll, but no-o-o-o, Efren hits the shot dead perfect, cuts it in the side, and then makes the 8 for the win. Stupendous ....
Corey's match would have been another one, down 5-7, and gets it hill-to-hill, breaking set game, and wins, 8-7 over Oliver.
