anyboday else having problems watching the archieve 10ball 9ball ring game?

I see that billiardnetwork as put up the 10ball 9ball ring game on archieve so everyone could see, but I couldn't get it to work. I am able to watch all their live broadcasts, and their archieve ones from the past.

This time when I goto the Watch page, I don't see a picture for 10ball ring game, I see a x where the picture should be and I think that has something to do with it. The link still works but the player comes up and says I do not meet requirements to view this. Of coure it does not tell me which requirements I don't meet, but since I been able to play them before I think the problem is at their end. I email them with the problem, but I am wondering if any one else hasn't gotten it to work. Thanks-Mark
