I looked on line and could not find these catalog pages with the prices. I took the pictures from a Craigslist add a few months ago and thought you might enjoy them.

I think the price has went up slightly in 100+ years...So I think 5.00 each sounds fair ....but I think I'll need free shipping....

Well....$10 in 1916 is $242 today. So yeah...those prices on the top cues are spectacular.

I don't think they all did but the one's they call fishpole
