has anybody seen an ed young cue? i seen/shot with one of his cues yesterday after meeting him at chris's in chicago. nice cue but he gave me a 30 month wait for one of the cues i liked. it had alot of work in it, but 30 months seemed long. not to mention it would be 3k......

Kershenbrock who was instrumental in the founding of South West taught him how to make cues. Ed's cues will only gain value year after year imo.

talkin to ed, he made it sound like him and kershenbrock sp? work together. ed does some beautiful work though. all hand carved inlays.

I believe Kersh still makes a few cues a year at Ed's shop.
All of his cues are collectable now.
Ed doesn't make that many cues. Heck, I've never seen one.

ed was one of the key players in the omega/dpk cue making venture.......ed was taught by probably one of the greatest and way out there cue makers to ever live.....there are much better cues available with a shorter wait and a smaller price tag......but just remeber you get what you pay for.....and if it is what you want then no other opinions matter......take care and good luck on the cue venture.......juston coleman
