I have played with mooris mostly and a kamui for a little while, i preferred the feel of the kamui and may try one for my next tip, but i have noticed that some billiard magazines and online retailers are advertising aramith layered tips. Just curious as to if they would be worth trying out. I mean, they make balls, so i would think their tips would be good?? Any input is appreciated.

I've had two of their tips to test for a year now and love them. They are a true medium tip that doesn't harden up bad over time. I give them a thumbs up and will stock them when they become available to purchase.

do they glaze over like mooris do after some use?

I haven't used the tips, but was curious as was at least SOME of those other 30 people..BUT..I will give you +1 for a nice avatar :)

Aramith. Very impressed with your medium tip. Grips the cue ball well, with a softer hit than moori mediums.

First night of playing with it was last night, will hit wiith it a little more this evening.

Played with Le Pro, Triangle, Kamui, Moori, Everest....

So far aramith.... Best tip ever.

provided it is cheaper than Moori and Kamui, Aramith is a great layered tip for the money. Maybe slightly lesser than other two, but again, it's not bad at all.
