Anyone else like me?

I like to practice by myself and against other people who are good and can put pressure on me. On the flip side, I also like playing poor players because there is something to say, mentally-speaking, if you can crush a less dominant player without giving in to playing at their speed. And I'm with you on league night... beer and pool don't match until the match is over.
 
I would say "yes" you are a little bit odd. Lol. You deffinately have a unique situation ,but just because you don,t want the competition of head to head or even team competition,that just makes you unique. Don,t overthink it or feel you must explain your feelings to everyone else because most pool players are not going to be able to understand your stance on pool. That doesn,t make you weird,just unique. I say focus on those drinks or beers and you might come around one day!! Just be you man.
