is it just me or is anyone else having problems with the forums? avatars not showing up, running slow, a few features not showing up? i saw another thread about the quick reply not working. i couldn't even get the page to come up last night. i am on the edge of a breakdown here. i can't believe how addicted i've become in the last year;)

As you've probably read in the other threads about all the problems everyone is having, you'll know that the Mike and his ISP are doing what they can to address the problems.

They need time. Sometimes these things are easy and sometimes they aren't. Computers and software are complicated and it takes time to figure out what the problems are to begin with and then more time to fix them.

Being in the tech support business myself, I can tell you first hand that sometimes what seemed like a simple upgrade, could hit a speedbump and sometimes take hours, days and even weeks to fix.

Time is what Mike and his folks need. In the meantime, maybe go out and practice some pool, spend time with your family or finally get to those shows on your DVR you never seem to have time to get to! Or go outside and enjoy some fresh air!

finally - someone who smelled the sarcam in my post. yes i know there are other threads, in fact i mentioned one of them. and i am sure they are doing all they can to fix it. unless they all of a sudden gave up on pool and could care less about people checking out the site they created. o.k. enough with the smartass - oh and neil, if you get that thing figured out with your wife.....let me know how you took care of it. i'd like to employ the same tactics with my girl - i'd be more than a happy man, i'd be a grinning idiot.
