Anyone ever dealt with this E-bay seller?

his account name is tukinlugs97. I won a Talisman 2x4 case from him last Sunday. He charged $25.00 for USPS Priority shipping and I haven't recieved the case yet. He only lives 7 hours away and it's been 5 days. Priority mail should have had it here in 2 days. Seller hasn't returned any of the numerous e-mails either. Just left a voicemail on his phone...just curious if anyone is familiar with this particular seller??

keep the records of the supposed sale. he/she might be one of those scamming A-holes on E-bay. you must be given at least a tracking record of the item transported. if you still can't reach that person or the item hasn't arrived yet after 3 more days, file a complaint for possible swindling charges.

this is tukinlugs97 i have never sold this man a case or even owned this case he talks about i have a 100% feedback with over 298 transactions
