anyone ever hear of "cerocite"

it's a very soft ferrule material about the same hardness as shaftwood. slightly mellow yellowish, scratches. opaque.

of course, it may have gone under different names, but this was the name given by the cuemaker.

btw,,,,,it's NOT "ceroLite"

actually it's harder than the meucci material, as i was told by the cuemaker. and i believe it because the cerocite hasn't worn over these past 15 years like a meucci ferrule would.

you might have something with the adam reference because the cuemaker and helmstetter go WAYYYYY back.

do you know how i can contact those who build adam cues or supply them, or would have any integral connection with them?
