Not a Carmeli but black pearl maker had a beautiful cue avaible that if I recall reminded me of this. I believe he is in the Philippines but from his history here I would have no issue buying one of his cues at the right price.
I've bought two black pearls and four shafts from him. Absolutely beautiful and by far my favorite cues. I not only perform with them better than any of my other high end cues but I am frequently asked what they are.
