I may be getting an R.E. Harrington pool table for free, just trying to get more info such as value, quality, and when was made. I was told its almost 100 years old.

Nameplate says
R.E. Harrington Co.
Master Cushions (From research, others say Red Demon Rails or Cushions)
Allentown, PA

Thanks for any info,
Tim

Well I got the table for free! I had to disassemble it completely because it was soo heavy, so while it's apart I plan on redoing the wood and recovering it..hopefully someone finds out some history abt this brand for me. Btw it's 3 piece 1 inch slate.

Pictures! Please.....

here are the pics that were on craigslist, I forgot to take some when I picked it up, so now it is pieces until I redo it and put it together, hopefully within a month, looking for anyone who has done vintage restorations to give me advice on how to redo the wood?

if anyone has any good information on resurfacing the wood on this table, that would be great...specifics such as what sand paper and what stain or polyurethanes and all that good stuff will help....Im thinking of a grayish color cloth with dark stain for the wood

more pics to follow, but I was told this is a Brunswick Madison table, R.E. Harrington probably did rail work or resold it and put their nameplate on it back in the day...interesting stuff
