Anyone hear from Reuben Fisher?

I have been trying to buy a cue from Reuben Fisher (RFisher here on AZ) and cannot get a response. I have emailed and pm'ed him on AZ. I have texted and called his number posted in his threads . . . it's been a few weeks and nothing. I hope he is ok.
