Has anyone here ever heard of a Robertson Black Max table? I believe they are commercial type tables, but I've never seen one in person?

They are great tables, very solid. Kind of reminds you of a cross between a gold crown and an olhausen. The drop pockets were a little cheap in comparison to the other 2, but still a very nice table.

I had a chance to play on those tables at a couple of pool halls in Florida. They play and look more like an old Gandy "Big G" table. Not a bad table, but I prefer a Gold Crown, or Diamond.

You and I played on a Robertson Black Max on your visit to Planet 9-Ball. When you play as well as you do, it doesn't matter which table you're on...
P-9-Ball now has Diamonds, Gold Crowns,Gabriels and Robertson's.

(when are you coming back)

LOL You're too kind. I played like cr*p! :D

I have been practicing quite a heck of a lot on 9 footers and bar-boxes, and I could give you some decent competition now.

The wife and I are planning a trip to FL this coming fall and I'd be glad to stop by Planet 9 Ball. Hell, I'll even spring for a real Cuban or Chinese dinner afterwards (your pick).:)
