I am trying to find a cheap high speed / slow motion camera for recording break shots and other shots for analysis. Anyone have a hook up or information?

I just bought an inexpensive security camera off the internet (less than $100) and this connects to my VCR. Then I record and play back in slow motion. My old Sony VCR allows me to play back one frame at a time.

This is great for watching breaks and strokes.

I think the high speed video stuff is quite expensive?
