Anyone know who converted this dufferin?

Any ideas? came with 2 shafts, both are identical
and has what appears to be s.s. as you can see on the inside
of both shafts and joint. Have no info on it at all , came with
another cue i bought. Any info would be appreciated.:thumbup:

Pics don't open. It doesn't say JWPetree under the joint does it? If it says 2006, it may be JW's.
