Anyone know who cuemaker PP is?

A local guy has a very nice 6-point with ivory diamond, with 6 3 piece ivory inlays in the butt, leather wrap with PP on the butt sleeve. Anyone know who PP is?

I think PP cues is Patrick Pau from the Phillipines. I have a friend who has a nice cue with this logo.
