Anyone knows who is "Bud Stahlman"?

[poolchady]

Hi,

I got a Harvey Martin cue a while ago and it's signed "Bud Stahlman".
Since Harvey Martin only made customized cues, I am guessing "Bud Stahlman" is a pro player. Anyone got an idea who this guy is?
Just curious about the history of my cue.

Many thanks.
