Hey guys. Once again I have come across a great price on some Loctite 454 20g (.70 oz) size tubes. Ever since searching for some at a reasonable price just about a year ago, I have had many sources come my way with good deals, and well, not so good deals. Well, this is a good one!

After verifying with the direct source that these tubes were maintained properly, (refrigerated etc.), I was able to purchase a sizable lot. Because I obviously cannot use them all, I thought I would offer them here at the best price I have ever seen.

Now, let me tell you that these tubes were verbally labeled "seconds" because through handling, they received some dents and surface scratches and as such, cannot be sold to the public. The adhesive inside the tubes, however, is first rate just as you are used to.

Over the past week or so I have used five random tubes in an effort to check the freshness and have been pleased with the results. However, and this is important, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you can return the unused portion of your order for a full refund within 30 days.

Below you will find a picture of a portion of the lot I received as well as one that shows some of the ones in the worst condition. Most are fine, but there are some that are in the condition depicted. You will receive a representation of both. Keep in mind...you have 30 days if you are not completely satisfied...no questions asked.

Yeah, Your correct about that, I probably should Gene, but guess I'm just worried about sitting on them too long. I have 4 tubes on ice now, and just snapped a new tube. I got somewhat of deal on them like Yourself. I thought about buying more at the time, just did'nt want them to go bad In case they last me for a while. I'm sure when I do run out, there won't be any deals to be had. That's usually how it works for Me. I thought about buying some extra to share like You did, but guess It's a good thing I did'nt or we would have been up to are ears in glue on here;) :) . BTW do You have any idea on the shelf life when kepted in the fridge? I know It's be mentioned before, but I forget how long & I have'nt had a tube go bad yet to get an estimate from.

Form what I have been able to research Greg, the shelf life is 2 years depending on conditions. (Refrigeration) For open tubes, it's much shorter.
These tubes are all factory sealed.​

I have an email out to the Loctite corporation to get more specific information. I'll post as soon as I hear from them. Thanks.

Gene...You might have a glue problem from the looks of how much you bought :) - I buy wood like this but never Glue... I have bought loctite from him before, and no worries with receiving your product or quality of glue. Good luck!

It seems whenever I have it, I always run out. I didn't purchase as much as it may look to be. I guess those pictures are a bit intimidating, quantity wise. :eek: :)

I am already more than half way through the supply.

Hey guys, Although most have paid and received their CA, I still have a few tubes left because I put tubes aside pending payment and no payment was remitted.

1) If you have not sent payment and still want the CA, just contact me and we'll work something out.

2) If you have sent payment and have not received your CA, it should be there within a day or so. No shipments were made on Friday through Sunday.
