I was wondering if anyone ever likes to play cribbage. I think it helps on positioning and concentration

Thanks,

Since I can't add and am dyslexic, can I have someone total the two balls for me?drivermaker said:It's a fun game. You'd like that also.

All you have to do is pocket 2 balls that add up to 15 to make one cribbage the first player to 8 cribbages wins. Some people play that the 15 ball can only be shot last some people play differentKoop said:I'm thinking you are not talking about the card game, which I do like. The rack center is the 15 ball an 2 of the 3 corner balls must add up to 15 all else is randomKoop said:Thanks Charlie.
Is that all there is to it or do you get penalized for not making a 15 combo? Also, do balls come out or does everything stay down.
Thanks again,

rules to leagall pocket a cribbage 2 ball must be pocketed in the smae inning
when a player has legally pocketed a singler ball on a shot he must legally pocket the next companion ball on his next or its a foul
if a player scores a legal cribbage he continues
when not an a cribbage if a player pockets 2 or more balls a shot that do not constitute a cribbage he may next pocket any of the proper companion balls he is to continue. all balls of uncompleted cribbages are spotted
when a ball is pocketed legally but player fails to complete the cribbate legally the ball is spotted
player loses on three consecutive fouls
after contact with the intended ball the cue ball or object ball must hit a rail kinda like nine ball
If the 15 ball is pocketed before all the other cribbages have been legally pocketed it is an illegally pocketed ball and is spotted immediately following the stroke { not inning} on which it was pocketed no penalty
all illegally pocketed balls are spotted no penalty
object balls jumped off the table are spotted and is a fould
scratch is ball behind the head string like straight pool
hope this help these are the bca rules
blah blah said:what happens if you end up with an end combination that does not total 15? For example, the 4, the 6, and the 15? Is this possible?
drivermaker said:The only way it's possible is if you can't add correctly and count 6 + 7 as 15.
Then it'll throw the rest of it off.
Everything adds up to 15...1/14; 2/13; 3/12; 4/11; 5/10; 6/9; 7/8; 15
A total of 8 cribs in an inning is possible.
