It looks to be KP.

If my info is right, the initials KP are in the shape of a pronghorn antelope. Keith Peaker is an artist whose works include custom pool cues.

He is in Denver area, and is on FB.

thanks Nathan, I came across a Craigslist post and just couldn't find anything similar after looking for several days googling around.
the craigslist post has since been deleted, I assume the cues have sold.
