Anyone Recommend a Custom Cuemaker

Well I was going to buy a Schon but the deal I thought I was going to get didn't happen so I am looking into a Custom made Cue now. I am in NYC looking for a good custom player cue that has a nice look (no SP or plane jane looking cues) and with good craftsmanship (maybe a 4 pointer, with or without inlays). If I could have some input on styling/color that is a bonus but not required. One important thing is I want a Predator 314-2 shaft made with the cue instead of a maple shaft and a 5/16 x 14 Piloted pin with Stainless Steel Joint. So could anyone recommend a Cue maker I could contact who might be able to do what I am looking for? I am not big on who is who in custom cue makers (I know of the top names that sell for top prices but I'm not looking to spend the $$ on those) I'm looking at the $700 range.
