anyone sells instruciton ebook?

I've searched the internet for hours
and didn't find a good ebook that
teaches how to play.

Anyone knows any?

I remember some a member here on AZB published an e-book for 9-ball. I haven't read it myself, but my teammate from league has. He said its a great book. I just can't remember who it was and what the name of the book was.
 
Check with Blackjack. or even do a book-google search. They out there, But define/subscribe what you actual looking for might help us to answer your question. check also a cuetable website.
