Anyone wanna own a turn key pool hall in maine for dirt cheap?

Sorry for not posting more details...
I got the owner's ok to post something but I'm unsure what details he wants spread. I don't think he's officially announced the sale of the pool hall. If he can't sell it, it closes. So I don't want to say that it might close unless that's ok with him.
Again if anyone even has an interest, shoot me a pm. This place has been around for decades and I really want to see someone take over and do well. It's the only real pool hall (except bars) within a 30 min drive in any direction. And it's in the middle of a decent sized city with a college and a military base. Plenty of potential. This is a great opportunity and the owner is very flexible about the money.
