Anything bad to say about Billiard Encylopedia 3rd Ed?

Because all i have heard so far are good things about it.

Ok. Seriously, I don't want to hear anything bad.

How does one get a copy? Especially for international customer? Do they sell direct? Do they sell through distributors?

Are there any left for sale? Are they printing some more?
