Dose anyone have a personal copy of APA's equalizer handicap system. I've tried all the links and I think they have been destroyed. If anyone has it please post it.
 
APA's system is not, and has never fully been, published. They want you to play pool, not spend your time doing math.

I'd think that this question would be better asked in the 'Main-section' since it has absolutely nothing to do with Cue-Review.
You'll get better response over there also.
