APA Rules Question

some people might not keep the rule book in their pocket and just come on here to ask a question. But I guess you do, goto the first rule which is gambling :
Definition of Gambling
Gambling Any betting or wagering,
for self or others,
whether for money or not,
no matter how slight or insignificant,
where the outcome is uncertain
or depends upon chance or "skill"
constitutes gambling.
what do we do now?

Shooting a pool shot in itself is not gambling.

Basing something ELSE (a buck, a beer, a punch in the arm) on you or or opponent making/not making that same pool shot is gambling.

I was just saying that people have the right to come on here and ask a question and when he seemed to make it a point and say goto the rule book and find it yourself, make me think things like well apa in all could be considered gambling. You shoot teams every week, and at the end you get something in return, if its a trophy, money , etc.

Then all amateur/professional sports are gambling, by that logic. Even little league baseball.
