Is anyone aware of software packages that are set up to handle APA type tournaments specifically? Or even tournament bracket software that would handle pool league handicapping? It would be great if there were some variable parameters that could be set up such as like handicaps start out playing each other. I read where something called Ingen is pretty good, wondering what else is out there.
