Is there a way to project the video from your iPad to your TV in the same manner you can project UTube live videos via your Firestick? Or is is available on a streaming TV app?

There is a wire adapter for ipad to HDMI output.
The TV needs to have airplay to allow IPAD streaming.
I have my NUC hdmi output to a projector. I am viewing on a 6ft by 12 feet. Rear projection is healthier for the eyes than screens that project direct into eyes.
My iphone 8 can output to HDMI and to the projector, I dont like portrait display.
ipad mini can output to HDMI but same problem with screen resolution and orientation.
