Aramith Test Markets Red Ball with White Spots

I want to thank Yves Bilquin from Saluc (Belgium) and Ivan Lee from Simonis USA for having me test market the red ball (neutral ball) with white dots. Many players have asked about a spotted red. I have 9 regulation 61.5mm carom balls in red with white dots. $30 each

Here are some reasons for introducing this ball:

1. Visually seeing the english imparted on to the neutral ball (traffic control)
2. If a potentially scoring ball slowly approaches the red ball you now have two balls to look for movement to verify a point
3. If you are playing three way each player's cue ball has spots
4. If you are playing small games you can visually judge the english you have imparted on red for position coming back for gathering.
5. Some have noticed a slight different in weight or reaction between a spotted or non-spotted ball. Now all three are identical.

Please let me know if you are interested in adding the new red ball with white spots to your set. Naturally your existing set will have to be relatively new so all the balls will be comparable.

Thanks for procuring me one of the spotted red balls. My collection is complete!
It is nice to see how the red ball gives and takes English. Now, no one is left to wonder about that lonely ball. One can see the slightest movement without having to just view the silhouette of the ball, they'll now have the spots as well. Also if 3 people are playing, the one playing with the red ball won't have to feel like the odd man out or wonder about what kind of spin was put on his ball. The spots will also show when the ball has stopped in case there would ever be a question.
I think that this is the way the balls should be for all tournaments in the future.

Sincerely

Gary Scharf
