Aramith claims these balls will leave less white marks on the cloth. Any room owners currently using them? Thinking about trying out a few sets to see if there is a difference.

I purchased a set becauses one of my players wanted those, I have centenials in my room. They liked them so much that I have 4 sets now. Because we use both sets on the tables I cant tell if they leave less heat marks on the cloth, but I know all the real players are asking for those instend of the brunswicks, I love them!

do you think the players ask for them because they are used in tournaments??
or because they play better??

No matter what ball. The tables and balls must be cleaned regularly. Heat is caused by friction. Chalk, dirt and old beat up balls are the cause for added friction and therefore the burn marks.

I'd guess its not worth a try if everything isn't going to be cleaned about every 2-3 hours of play, minimum. A lot of work but if your goal is to add life to your equipment thats what you gotta do and it will easily double the life.

All of the pros at the Open were swearing that the new balls Skidded more than the Aramiths used in prior years.... That's all I know about them besides the fact that it is a good thing Accu-Stats is now HD because the numbers are smaller.... I have a friend who is color blind and he hate hate hates them........

I'll be happy to sell you a few sets when you get ready. Business to business price, not retail.

Well, decided against the Tournament Balls. Too many people over a certain age said the numbers are too small etc. Started a whole host of requests; people wanting them reserved only for regulars, only for nine ball, only allow them on certain tables, etc. So will just add more of our Aramith Pro sets to rotate older sets out again. Well, I tried...lol.
