I just got through with the pool school and have to say I had a blast. Nick worked on the technical side with a GREAT kicking lesson. Johnny worked on stroke fundamentals and aiming. Watching them play and make it so easy was inspiring. Both guys were awesome and very approachable.

I want to thank Mark for his hard work and dedication to the sport and for bringing those guys to Baltimore. Great stuff.

OK! What's the aiming secret? J/k. Glad you had a blast. Nick is OK by me. It was fun working with him in the commentary booth at the Great southern Billiard Tour championship.

Thank you for your kind words. It was a pleasure meeting you and we are all happy that you had a good time and hopefully learned a couple of things too :)

Ah, the aiming secret. Well one thing Johnny did was show where his bridge hand was when he used low left and then again when he used low right. They were off by an inch and change. He said you need to know exactly where you are going to hit the cue ball before you get down on the shot. Do not make up your mind while over the shot because they are different places. He proved it by making the shots without looking. I don't know, but that was impressive and interesting to me. I know I have a habit of changing my shot while down on the ball and that is a mistake. That alone was worth the price of admission.

I'm glad to hear this. I am going to the program this Sunday in New Jersey. Looking forward to spending some time with two of the all time greats.

Ask Johnny if he aims differently for inside english versus outside? I know his bridge hand changes position, but I did not ask that question.
