Are cocobolo butts prone to warpage?

A friend of mind told me cocobolo butts are more prone to warpage than other woods, and to be sure I don't leave a cue made with this wood in my car overnight.

Has anyone had bad experiences with cocobolo? Or is my friend mistaken?

I have never had one warp on me. Of course I do not leave it in the car overnite unless I forgot it. Just about anywood you have if it isnt dry prior to turning will warp on you, or even crack. It also depends on the weather, I woldn't think of leaving a cue in my car in FL duirng the "HOT" months, and when I lived up in WI, it was surely just as bad to leave it out in a trunk that was -14 or so degrees. It is just bad mojo my friend, don't do it.
