are old pool tables the same height as new ones?

I've noticed that on average counters , furniture etc, have grown in height over the past 100 years because so has the average height of a human.
Are all pool tables a set height? or have they grown taller over time? there are plenty of graphs online showing how much humans have grown in height.

If tables haven’t grown in height over the past 150 years, someone should reconsider.

I guess seeing how the whole fkng world has gone 'woke' will we need to start offering table dimensions per race/nationality?? Don't want to offend any race/nationality of players because they may tend to be 'vertically challenged' ;)

my theory is gravity is ever increasing, I find old radios ,old pool tables etc and they seem to have been constructed when we had less powerful gravity , even a gallon of milk is getting heavier to carry home each year ;-) My wallet feels lighter though, go figure ;-)

I knew an old guy who complained that tables were shorter than they used to be, so they could stack more of them in trucks. I don't know whether he's right though.

I guess snooker balls already represent the new flag colors;-) I guess they were way ahead of their time.
