Are pool players really a target market for Natural Cures?

Are pool players really a target market for Natural Cures? Or is it just a shot in the dark, by KT?

To be honest, I think it's kind of obnoxious that KT needs to reference Natural Cures everywhere in the IPT. It has absolutely nothing to do with pool. It would be like Doritos advertising at a Technology convention. Or HBO advertising at an Accounting convention. The two have nothing to do with eachother.

Maybe I can see the angle that pool players tend to be a more out-of-shape crowd than most other sports. But if the IPT is being used as a front to promote his book, what a weird way to go about it.

Need to make money to pay the players

IMO,I don't see anything wrong with Kevin advertising as this is how he keeps his cash flow going that eventually runs the IPT and pays the players.I know there are other sponsers, but Kevin has sunk a chunk of dough into this to get it up and running. If he keeps up his capital,it may evenyually equate into expanding the IPT and allowing more or the every day shooters, like you and I,to go on tour.If I owned the IPT,I would have may business posted on everything. The table, balls, players shirts, cues. You name it,I would have my name on it.After all,it is a business.Just a thought.

If there was a natural cure for dogging easy shots, perhaps. :P

As far as context goes... the only context connecting the IPT and NC is Trudeau himself. He's using one thing he's involved with to promote something else he's involved in. It's as simple as that.

I don't think Pool players are the target market. This is probably a means to an end meaning that since KT has been barred from advertising/selling "products" on TV, he switched to selling books, which are protected by our Constitution. The IPT, being sponsored by Natural Cures.com is a round about way of getting televised advertisement. By sponsoring a televised Pool tour, the money originally tabbed for infomercials can now be used for the IPT and you get some media exposure.

Pool players aren't KT's target market. But, remember the Virginia Slims Professional Tennis Series. Since when does wireless phone service have to do with football? Verizon Stadium and so on...

It's all about profile - the higher profile something is the more attractive it is to advertisers.

Personally though, I think a lot of players are going to be looking at how to naturally cure themselves so as to be in shape for the next tournaments.

What was he selling before? Why did he get barred? I'm sure there's been previous discussions about it that obviously I am oblivious to. But now you've peaked my curiosity. thanks.

Helath care supplements, if I remember right. I forget the details, but it was something along the lines of false advertising for health supplements that weren't FDA approved.

I just learned something. I googled his name and found he was the nutrition for life guy. Things make more sense now on where his money came from.

He made one kick ass pancake flour.

Any millionare could have made tons of money off advertising, if they started something like the IPT. But its good that the tour is doing good, pool really needs this.
