Normally yes, but in this case I am bringing the yellow within an inch of the red. I always had an easy next shot.

And after the cannon then what? Unless you're setting up your next shot from every score it's a very difficult game. But once something inside 'clicks' you seem to be playing by numbers from one standard shot to the next and the shots are just falling out of your cue. Certainly in-offs are far far easier than pots once you have the eye for them.
