Roy Pastor, often at the billiards cafe in Ayer, not far from Lowell. There is a 10 ball Masters league on Wed nights there, and he should be there for that. He may be there most other nights also as there is league there on Monday and Thursday as well. Sunday from 3-5 or so he is there for the Junior Leagues (I'm there Sundays with my son as well).
There is also several very good players in RI that give lessons, including one of the best instructors in the country, Joe Tucker.
