Things are cooling down outside and the 2008 challenge will be here soon. I'm sure that I'm not the only one that has practiced this format over the summer. Any one have any strategies or goals before we start?

I have not shot a session for many months, and I'm curious to see if my recent readings (Inner Game, Small Motions, and likely a start on Mind for Pool by the time we score) are of any help in dealing with the pressure of the DrivermakerIt's beat me up before, but this year I'll be more prepared with extra turkey and drinks.
Dave, shooting for 1500 (on the 2000 scale, that would be really cheating on the 1000 scale, where a 750 would be nice)

I am unfamiliar with Canadian Thanksgiving. Was that where the Indians brought wool caps, beer, and hockey equipment to the settler's so they could make it through the winter? Ehh....just curious.
P.S. - You can see that all of my education on Canadian culture was provided by the MacKenzie brothers (....3 french toast, 2 turtle necks, and a...beer).
