I think it is funny that in the description of the "Aiming Forum" it says:

"How do you aim? How should everyone else aim? Argue to your heart's content."

Man is that opening a bag of worms, seems to be lots of arguments about this......

I don't think that was the literal intention.

I think it was more like get the hell out of our house.

Thanks, Tom. Let's pray for our families, Rick's trial and also that everyone would continue to be civil in their aiming and etc. discourse.

Thank you!

Straight shot: ghost ball all shots. 53 years now. No problem but never tried another method and won't. Pre shot routine: eyeball OB with Ghost Ball in line with opening of pocket not back of pocket. Swing cue in line with target GB, Cue in line and lower into stance. All while positioning cue tip close to CB center and moving eyes back and forth to GB, finally just GB and starting stroke. A good aim but bad stance and mechanics will not work. Vice versa.

On real tough cut shots I use edge to edge.

Especially by someone that really doesn't want to learn but rather open the can of worms.

Kinda get that feeling bout you. You appear to be the kinda of player I have seen over the years going to pool rooms. Talk about improving, trying this and that, spend time at the table yet they never improve, ever.

They rather talk about improving than improving. They rather talk about the shot they missed and why instead of practicing that shot over and over.

And these same people are so quick to tell others how they should play, what they need to do yet they themselves can not.

It really is a sad sight. The excuse making that goes on, seem that is easier than practicing.

If you really want to improve, you need nothing but your desire, which I question.

Wow, did someone pee in your cornflakes this morning?
