Hi,

I just wanted to take the time to praise Ariel Carmeli for standing behind his cues 100%. I had a problem w/one of his nice 8-point cues and he simply replaced the butt w/a new one of equal value. I even like the design better than the last one :thumbup:. Here are some pics (it was too dark to get good ones, sorry):

Nice looking cue! I love his work and I love snakewood (which I think is what the wood is in the short points). Enjoy it!

I so love the Carmelli diamonds at the ringwork!!!

Yes, it's snakewood and I love it & his ringwork, too. Thanks. The previous cue was a little older and didn't have the nice abalone inlayed in the ivory - this look is pure class!

This cue was completed in Jan 2011 according to his signature. I do not believe it was made for "an individual", or if it was, they must have backed out so no, it did not belong to another individual who is waiting for him to now build a new one. However, it may have been made for one of his dealers and if so, he had permission from them to do this nice thing for me before he committed it to me.

Ariel has the utmost of integrity and would not take another person's cue as a quick fix. We had already agreed on my repair and told him he could take as much time as needed between his busy schedule. He came back to me with this option so I could get the cue back sooner.

Ariel always has custom cues on order as well as "stock" cues that he sells through Martin or other venues/dealers.
