ARRGGHH! Water spot on new Simonis!

MY wife was shampooing the the living room carpet upstairs and apparrently the plywood at a seem leaks water (of course I never saw any water spots on the basement floor before the pool table was set up). Now there is a spot about 8 inches in diameter with a brown ring . I am sick. I have waited so long to have a table in my basement and now this happens. If anyone knows how to get rid of this spot on Simonis cloth I would greatly appreciate it thanks.

Scott,

Get on the phone to Simonis and ask them about this. I would recommend using water to blot and disperse the ring, but if you give Simonis specifics on the chemicals in the cleaning solution, they may have a definite response.

This is what we do at the local Pool hall when idiots spill beer on the table. Take a clean white rag and soak it with hot water. Ring it out a little bit just so it doesn't drip. Put it on the spot and then press it. Then take the cloth and rub it back and forth. Let it dry and the spot should be gone.
 
Try rubbing it with a rag soaked in SODA WATER, like Schwepps Club Soda and not a soft drink like Coca Cola.

Our Quick-Clean will remove most water spots and not spread the stain as water will do. Give me a call.
