I'm taking some private art instruction from one of the top illustrators in the country. We're starting off in pen and ink work, and focusing on portrait/caricature work. I did this professionally before joining the Air Force but no where near Bill's level. I'm hoping he will take me to the next level. I've attached a pic of Bill's latest piece for some publication.

Anyhow, I'm very interested in doing some pen and ink work of famous pool players (as the subject matter). If you have any shots that would make for a great pen and ink drawing please post them on here, or you can email them to me. I'll post some stuff I do on here as I get going.

I'm interested in close up shots of pool players. Cool "scenes" of people playing with guys standing around in the background, etc, etc.

Thanks for the help.

Matt

I am sure I speak for mos of us when I say....we can't wait to see your work. Good luck and have fun!

Yeah, I'm really looking for some interesting faces. For some reason the older Irv Crane had an interesting face that I would like to draw. Very long, with lost of wrinkles/age marks, etc. He would make for a great subject. Any photos, etc you guys might want to send or post would be great. Thanks!

You drew that? Man, that is just awesome! I wish I was artistic instead of autistic, lol.

Holy moly thats awesome work. Have you done any pool drawings yet? If yes, please post em!

At some point I'm hoping you consider allowing us to submit photos of ourselves and a good fee to you in exchange for a drawing.
