Other than going there live, I think that the Ultimate 10 Ball stream was as good as it gets in pool entertainment.
Now, I am an admitted pool junkie and have been enjoying Bonus Ball but it did suffer in comparison to Ultimate 10 Ball and will go to the back burner when other options are there. Given a choice, there is no comparison to what I witnessed this week.
Excellent pool. A choice of which stream to watch or.....yes (thank you)....both! and an active chat room full of good comments (mostly) and entertainment.
The commentating was superb. Although everyone was very good, Jay Helfert has set the new standard for pool commentary. Insight, instructive and anecdotes mixed in just the right amount.
Would I like less advertising....yes... but the stream was free so what would I expect and after the ads it came back to the action right where it left off (except a couple of times).
And now, a week end (and into next week) of the Big Foot Challenge and the Southern Classic.
With a nod to Jack Nicholson I believe that this is as good as it gets!
