I would like to built a cue with Asian Satinwood (Pyinma) but I dont have any experiencie with this wood. Any cuemaker have experiencie with it?

I've got a number of pieces of it but I haven't used any as of yet. I'm sure it would have to be cored as it is so light and airy feeling. All the pieces I have look good.

The 5th cue I built was with Satinwood. Very nice wood. Too bad my veneers really sucked back then.

I have another one that I should start spraying any day now as well.

I cored both pieces. It is a really nice looking wood when finished.
