Just wanted to post about the great service I recently recieved from Atlas. I ordered a foot of two different materials and then a 3 foot section of another, along with some other stuff. Well my order got mixed up and I only recieved 1 foot of the material that I should have got 3 feet of.

Well, the day after I called about the mixup I get an e-mail with a tracking number and a note saying they sent me a 3 foot section instead of the 2 feet I was owed. Said it was for my trouble. So I get an extra foot of material.

Now that's what I call customer service!

Keep in mind, I'm a small time operation. It's not like I've ordered thousands of dollars of materials from them. But yet they still treated me like a valued customer. That's the service I try to provide to all my customers, and it's nice to be treated like that when I'm the customer.

Something similar happened to me.
A piece of phenolic got broke during shipping.
They immediately shipped me out a new piece.
I have been dealing with them for sometime now and have always been treated like
there biggest customer.(Im probably there smallest)

Same for me,they sent me 6in of juma,3 of new different expensive break tips,good service
 
every time I go the thier web site I end up spending money!::rolleyes: I have always had great service with them! One Christmas I was given a credit from a friend of mine to Atlas (they don't normally do that but they helped a nonpool player get me something I needed). They are GREAT
 
I've had nothing less than specatular service from them. If there's a question they always call me and clarify things.
 
You gotta give it where it's due & Atlas has always come through.
They've always treated me right and as a result I look to them first.
Because of my proximity to them, I order one day and I've got it the next.
Sey's clients shouldn't have to wait on parts. Unfortunately they sometimes have to wait on me but never on parts.

As positive as your story is, it is not a good idea for a company to be always having to put out fires. They do an awful lot of screw ups. I don't buy that much but things broken, missing from the package, or just the wrong item being sent is an almost everyday occurrence with them. Thats why they are so quick to take care of the problem. Mistakes and screw up's are business as usual with them.
 
I've always had good luck using Atlas. They've always treated me well, and delivered the goods!
