I've got 18 bags of Atlas plastic colored joint rings (25 per bag), well one bag of black fiber rings in there, that I don't use. Most have never been opened. I asked Atlas to exchange them, but I guess 25 years doing business with them wasn't enough to get a "yes." This is right at $80 retail based on their best pricing.
